The IRS states that there were ERRORS on my filing so instead of getting a refund I now owe money.

I usually never owe - I make less then 28K, I'm single (never married) and have no dependents as such usually claim 1 on my W2s . I got all three stimulus checks and don't understand how my estimated Refund of  $1056 is now become a debt of $345.17 as none of the info on my filing was incorrect and no one else can claim me or claim to be me

1400 is for the 3rd Stimulus payment for each person.  It is on 1040 line 30.   Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more.

If you claimed a missing stimulus payment on your return but the IRS took it off you have to ask the IRS. They think they already sent it to you.  Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.

Double check your bank statements and Check your IRS account to see when and what they sent you (check both spouse's accounts if married)

What amount is on line 30 of your 1040?

Since the difference is just about $1400, the IRS believes that you already received stimulus #3 that you claimed gain when you filed your tax return.
