Taxes 2015 for granddaughter

I did my Granddaughters Taxes Last year via turbo tax, I need a copy in order to get her taxes done this year, but I cant seen to get to the right place. It just keeps going to mine??

Only 1 return is stored within a single username. Please log out of the online return you are in now (My Account-Save and Sign Out) and go to the Turbo Tax sign in page. Do you remember the username that you created to file her 2015 return? Would you have set up her account under your own email?

If so, choose I forget my username or password and put in your email address. Turbo Tax will email you a list of all the usernames associated with your email address. One of these was used to file her return.

Did you print the return at all? Obviously, you should have a copy saved outside of Turbo Tax, and may want to look for that instead.

I am trying to do my taxes fgor 2021 and when I sign in my granddaughters old tax file comes up how do I get mine to come up

@chatty Patty Are you in the wrong account? If you use the same account and user ID for two tax returns, the second one overwrites the first one and you lose the first one forever. Each return needs its own account and user ID. Hopefully you just need to find the account you used for your own return. Use the recovery tool to try to get to it:

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
