Still waiting for Turbotax to transfer the refund to me.....

IRS said it was refunded and deposited on 5/1 (to Turbotax I guess, since they need to deduct the service fee first), but I am still waiting for TurboTax to transfer it to me as 6/12

The IRS is mistaken. the refund never goes to Turbotax but to a third-party bank which splits the refund between you and Turbotax. your portion is then forwarded using the direct deposit info provided. if it is incorrect the bank sends the money back to the IRS to send you a paper check.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
