If you e-filed, was your return accepted? Once your returns are accepted, only the IRS and State would know when you will receive your refund. TurboTax does not get any information about your refund.

What does it mean when it says it is still being processed does it mean it's in the mail or it's on a desk. Could we tell if they actually got it at least offer got lost in the mail or over fax?

Being processed means that the IRS has is and it is entered into the IRS processing system - nothing more.
