Spouse and I are both previous SINGLE turbotax users. Now filing jointly, only showing my previous tax return because I started a JOINT return on my username. I need to pull her information in.

Unfortunately you can't do that. If you use your prior account, your spouse's prior account information cannot be transferred into the new joint return.
