i noticed that my wife also had it pushed and I filed for an extension to give me more time and paid my federal. Now I need to file state. I need to know if I need to turn in my paper work for fed, to does it go to the same place? as my state return the IRS?

When I talked to an agent. She told me not to, and do everything through the mail sense the "someone can claim you as a dependent" was checked. It would be easier but was not sure if I could.

If you are in Ohio you mail the Federal to the Fresno, CA address if you are not sending a payment with it. Or to Cincinnati for all other Federal returns. See,

That is only for Federal. IRS and Treasury are only for Federal returns.

I also found the address for the state but was not sure if it was the same for the federal return

Federal and state go to different places. The Treasury in Fresno is only for Federal. California goes to Sacramento.

alright I'm filing for Ohio, so I do have that one i think which is the one I posted. I was and still am unsure where to send the federal paper work. I paid what I owe for the year but I know, I still have to send in the paper work. Everything I have found this far sends me back to the first address I got for the Ohio return address.
