Will there be any notification from Turbo Tax that my returns have been filed?

Will there be any notice from the IRS or Maryland that they have been received?

Once you've completed the e-filing procedure, your screen should indicate that your returns have been successfully transmitted. After that, you'll receive an email indicating whether your federal return has been accepted or rejected (this may take a couple of days). You'll also receive a similar email regarding your state return.
