Let me find if I schedule my appointment and I like to speak to Asia for a schedule appointment at 8:30 in the morning Monday

To manage an existing appointment or check your schedule in TurboTax Online, you should sign in to your account and look for the Tax Advice or Expert Help section. If you have already scheduled a session, the details and the option to join or change it will appear on your main dashboard or within the help panel.

Because the system assigns experts based on current availability to ensure you get help as quickly as possible, you usually cannot select a specific person for a scheduled call.

To view your current appointments, follow these steps:

Sign in to your TurboTax account.
Select Help or Contact in the top menu.
View your scheduled time or select the option to reschedule if the 8:30 AM slot is no longer convenient.
