Not able to file 2020 1040X electronically now???

I am trying to file electronically my 2020 1040X but it appears that Turbo Tax CLOSED that option last year in October? Is that correct? I've gone on to the electronically file prompts and its not working. I REALLY NEED TO FILE ELECTRONICALLY since the IRS is backlogged 8+ months in mail correspondence. Do I need to try a different e-filing vendor?

you have to file 2020 1040-X via US Mail.

an electronic submission, even if possible, would help but not that much in view of the backlog.

Yes, currently the window for e-filing your 2020 tax return has closed and you would have to paper file. Since this forum is for TurboTax, we only have information directly related to this software.
