Never received TurboTax debit card!!!

I got a notification saying that I was going to receive a replacement card in two days. That was six days ago. I haven't received that card or the original. When you call the number provided and choose haven't received card, enter info,  it then asks you to enter last four digits of card which is crazy if I NEVER RECEIVED THE CARD. Please reach out to me to find out what's going on. My taxes were filed the first week of February.

I can so relate to this !  What makes this even more sad is that this problem has been going on for some time.    Just check out the posts even from last year and the year before !  People not receiving their cards and no customer service !  No changes are being made regardless of how many times people are voicing their concerns !  I finally had to bite the bullet and call in to get it fixed.   Believe you me is WILL NEVER use Turbo Tax again.....EVER !

@EMapps37 They only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169. Follow the steps below.

    1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it)
    2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
    3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
    4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
    5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
    6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday.
    7. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

Ok. I did all that, and it still prompts me to enter the last four digits of the card that I do not have. Is there a way to locate the card number so I can inquire about it?

I will never use turbo tax again,  after this year.  They were supposed to take it out of the refund, which says paid. They sent me an email the other day saying they're trying to take 139.00 off of my debit, by the 28th, of May. Bull**bleep**.  They socked me in fees, for self employed.  They also lie, and I'm turning then into the better business bureau!!!! Shame on you turbo tax. In my opinion, you suck!  Bye, bye. If anybody ever asks about your service, I'll recommend them to use h&r block, or Jackson Hewitt.
