Never received TurboTax debit card!!!

I got a notification saying that I was going to receive a replacement card in two days. That was six days ago. I haven't received that card or the original. When you call the number provided and choose haven't received card, enter info, it then asks you to enter last four digits of card which is crazy if I NEVER RECEIVED THE CARD. Please reach out to me to find out what's going on. My taxes were filed the first week of February.

Please help me I called both green dot and turbo. Like I never received a card and also it says my card has a block on I. Like how when I didn't have any clue about it

I am Currently going through the same problem. I filled my tax return on 1/28 an Both my fed and state was accepted. I chose too have my money sent too me on the Turbo Tax card, Biggest mistake of my life don’t ever do that if you’re reading this. I have been waiting for months!! I re ordered a new one an it still hasn’t come. my address is correct I don’t know what’s the problem. The TurboTax specialists are useless all they tell me is too call green dot but it’s impossible too get in contact with them. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

Stimulus check was deposited on last year's turbo tax card I don't have the card and can't remember the card number. Can't get anyone on the phone I don't know what to do. I'm in tears. Been going through this for a week

I THINK WE ALL NEED TO SUE THEM JUST TO GET OUR MONEY BACK AND SHOW THEM WHAT THE POOR SERVICES THEY HAVE GIVEN US LED TO. I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL HOPE YOU ALL DO THE SAME.

OMG!!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE! NEVER RECEIVED MY STIMULUS MONEY DUE TO THE LOW NON PROFESSIONALISM THIS COMPANY HAS FOR ITS CUSTOMERS!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US OR WHAT WE'RE GOING THRU!!! No still waiting some1 told me to call back lost card and order a new via express mail for 15$ so choose option 2 instead get the express she said that helped her get hers sooner . hope this helps ! I just called mine in again lastnight so we'll see!!! Keep in touch plz

I have never received my card. I have an email telling me to activate the card. I tried customer care line to get a replacement card. I CANNOT DO THIS BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE CARD BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!!! I have the account number and the routing number, however these do not work to get a new card. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN!!!!! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General today. I will never use this service again and I will share all of these complaints with people so they do not use this service either.

Went through my email and found a msg that had my new username under user ID created and it let me sign in no problem. I just had to file for a lost or stolen card. Also if you go to the irs stimulus check site and put in your info it will give you the last 4 digits of your card number that you haven’t received and you can use that to call and have a replacement sent.
