Never received TurboTax debit card!!!

I got a notification saying that I was going to receive a replacement card in two days. That was six days ago. I haven't received that card or the original. When you call the number provided and choose haven't received card, enter info,  it then asks you to enter last four digits of card which is crazy if I NEVER RECEIVED THE CARD. Please reach out to me to find out what's going on. My taxes were filed the first week of February.

    The same thing happened to me.  Trying to call and get a person was next to impossible  since even though I chose the option never received it keeps asking me for the card #. On top of that it keeps asking me to finish set up of card but when I click on that and put user I'd I choose from previous email verification of set up it doesn't like my pw. If you choose forgot pw then you are required to put the card # in which again I've never received. Help!

    We are unable to assist with the Turbo Prepaid Visa card, as it is all managed by the customer care department which can be contacted by clicking here

    Well that number doesn't help. As I stated before after choosing the option never received or if you don't know account information enter social and date of birth, it then says enter last four numbers of card I never received!!!! We need to speak to a human. Intuit you guys have really dropped the ball this year. Very disappointed but I still want my refund!!!!

    I did exactly what you advised me to do and on my printout it gives me nothing but X's no account information.

    @ariellaa79 You can report the Card Not Received on this page. You can also contact customer care at  

    (888) 285-4169 and let them know you've never received your card, don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

    Same problem here. Never got the card. Therefore can't log in and calling it simply hangs up. Wth

    This is so frustrating. Been trying to call green dot and turbotax debit allll day and neither number will even ring. All I have is the account number, I never received my card.

    After 55 calls to turbo, FINALLY got thru and order a card that never came. Just takes **bleep** near forever to get thru

    I have never received mine either. They put this stimulus check on it as well I got an email today saying it was. So not only have I not received my taxes yet but also I have not received my stimulus check because of this reason. I want something done. Because none of green dots apps or websites are working right now and I’ve been trying to contact them to get something done where I can get a replacement card or something.

    I’m having the same issue! I’ve reported my card not delivered twice already since February and still have not received a card and cannot access my funds!! I will not use TurboTax ever again. I’m very disappointed. I have money and can’t even use it!! Wtf

    After this I will never again use turbo tax services . I can not get a hold of any live representatives and have not recieved my card. I can not do anything with my online accounts without the card number of a card i do not have. My stimulus check was deposited onto this card and now i have no way to get MY money. I am incredibly angry.

    I am reading the horror stories about having never received the Turbo Tax debit card and how you need those 16 digits to get any information or even to get into the site. After spending (2) days calling, I finally got someone on the phone who sent me two links. I went in to access those links for reporting no card received and it won't accept my newly reset password. I click on the option to reset my password and it requires me to put in my 16 digit debit card number. What a farce!

     These people at Turbo Tax are holding my $2,400 stimulus money and I'm very upset. Now, I will contact the attorney general's office for New Jersey and ask them to read these statements by other people being bilked by Turbo Tax. Obviously, they have our money and have probably invested it while we all struggle to access our accounts. I don't think the people at the AGs office are going to like this, especially with a well-known name like Turbo-Tax. 

    My recommendation to Turbo Tax is to set up a call line where people can get a live person, give them the information they need so they can get their debit card and access their money. Also, if you have a link where people can inquire about a lost, stolen, or never received Turbo Tax debit card, do not require the 16 digit card number to access the site and if they need to reset their password, do not require the 16 digits from the lost, stolen, or never received debit card. Obviously, everyone has not memorized those 16 digits and some have never known them  because you never sent them a debit card. Seems like an matter of fraud and I can only imagine how many people would be involved in that class action suit!

    Turbo Tax, you have got to make this easier for people as you have a fiduciary responsibility. You are handling people's money so you have got to be transparent and easy to work with. 

    I am expecting help from you tomorrow, Monday, and if it is not forthcoming, I will be calling the AG for my state since you did business with NJ and with California since that seems to be where your main offices are location.

    I just got my email today saying my stimulus would be deposited into my card which I never received. Seems widespread issue and reflects very poorly as my card should've been here way before the virus hit.

    It seems there are very many people having the same problem !  I have not got my card and I filed in February.  I called the automated line and it tells me that my card was returned !  They say that the customer service line has limited hours but they never say what they are !  Yep both my return and stimulus check monies are sitting out there in some blackhole !  Maybe one day we will get them !!

    How can you report your card never received online? I never created an account with the card because I never received it!! They want me to log in using the card number that I don’t even have!!! I have the account number and routing number for the card I got that off my tax return... just not the card! and I can’t get through to anybody please help!!!! I need my money!!! I can imagine how many customers turbo tax is going to lose because of this mess

    Yup same thing here 

    Trying to get a card that I never received re-sent because IRS deposited money to that account. I have the 12 digit account number and routing number but not the 16 digit card number. 

    Can't get through even to the automated system as it just hangs up after a message about how diligently there working on issues. 

    TurboTax has lost a long time customer. I will never use Turbotax again after this fiasco.
