This is most likely because the state forms were not yet ready for filing.

If the table below shows them available, you can log back in and submit the return.  If you cannot get back into your tax return preparation, follow the steps below.

1. Login to https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ with the same username

2. Click on My TurboTax in the white banner at the top

3. Below your 2016 statuses, click on Add a state under Some things you can do

4. Click on the File tab

Please check out the table below for an estimated date of when they should be ready.  You'll have to come back at that time and go through the filing steps again.

Note: You can file your Federal return now and come back to file your state return.

@judywilson2005 Edited as your state (NE) is now available.  You will have to go in and submit it now that it is.  Please see my instructions in the updated answer.
