My State tax refund for 2016 still not received. How get the same ?

If you still have not received your 2016 state refund and you should have, you will need to call your state's department of revenue and speak to a representative there. Unfortunately once the return is submitted, the IRS and the states do not update Turbo Tax due to security reasons.
The representative at your state will be able to tell you what is going on, and if they need any information from you.
