Did you import your 1099-INT by indicating the company?

If so, please copy down the information that is supposed to be on the form (it may display correctly but under the covers, TurboTax may have received some bad data), then delete the 1099-INT on the table on the screen "Here's the interest we have so far", then re-add the information ("I'll type it in myself").

TurboTax depends on the financial institution correctly building the data packet for the 1099-INT information for the import to succeed. Obviously, with millions of such documents, sometimes that doesn't happen.

In addition, anything traveling through the Internet is subject to possible degradation in transmission.
