My OR State refund was approved by state authority and issued on APRIL 15th, i chose the REFUND TRANSFER SERVICE, it went directly to turbo tax and i have not received it

And does turbo tax have a limit of check amount that can be issued incase a bank account closed before deposit arrived

Did your bank account close?   If the direct deposit went to a closed account, it was sent back either to the IRS or to the third party bank that handles refund processing.

 

 

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
