Is there any way to Load last years return that I filed with TurboTax software, not turbo tax online.

While you can transfer a copy of your return from TTax On-Line to the Desktop version;
There is no way to transfer the Desktop file to TTax On-Line (since TTax On-Line has fewer features/capabilities than the comparable Desktop version.
Stay with the Desktop version.
