Question

Is there a way to cancel the e-filing of my returns and print and mail the returns instead?

You didn't say why you want to do that.  Efiling is usually better, does away with the possibility of an IRS employee entering something incorrectly from your paper copy, and usually results in a faster refund.

Did you already actually efile, or does TurboTax just think you plan to efile?

If you have already actually efiled, how long has it been since you efiled?   Have your efiled Federal and state returns been accepted?   You can check with this tool:

https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If the efiled returns were rejected, we may be able to help you correct the error so they don't reject.    Or we can tell you how to open the rejected returns back up and switch the filing method so you can print, sign, and file by mail.

if your efile was accepted, under no conditions should you send a second copy by mail.
