Did you have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund?  If you did, it can take a couple days from the date your refund was sent to have it in your bank account. When you sign up for Pay With My Refund, your refund will be handled through the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG, formerly SBBT). You can go to the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group website if you need assistance with your refund.

Then you would have to check with the IRS, since TurboTax has no control over a refund that the IRS issues. Any change you had an offset?

Once IRS2Go app or Where's My Refund? shows "Refund Sent" and a date, it could take up to 5 days for it to be reflected in your bank account, it all depends on the bank, how and when funds are credited.

As noted above, if you used the Refund Processing Service Pay With My Refund (using your refund to pay your TurboTax Fees) this will add a couple more days to that time frame.
