What is the proposed change ? if you can't dispute it with refuting documentation of your own, you will have to accept the IRS findings.

It was my understanding Turbo-tax would participate in a response as the forms were completed, answering all questions and and answers provided at the time the forms were completed. I am disappointed more assistance is not available.

"I don't know how to respond". The letter should instruct you how to respond if you wish to dispute the change, or you accept the change.
