Hello, I am power of attorney for an inmate that has been incarcerated in Michigan since 2015 to the present. Is he eligible to receive the stimulus checks? If so, how do I go about filing for it for him? Can you provide step-by-step, instructions, or point me to that information? And/or, is this something a TurboTax agent can do?
