IND-032-04 Error, cannot fix in Turbo Tax Download

Turbo Tax sucks. Told me the IRS rejected my tax return, and a week later I still cannot get in to fix my return to adjust the AGI. There is absolutely very little help and this is my last course of action. Any help is appreciated.

    ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2021 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.  Especially if you mailed it.  That works for most people. See,

    If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

    Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

    Sorry, I can not even get that far. It still shows pending and I cannot change anything in the download.

    Just a really terrible product.

    Are you using the Desktop program?  For the Desktop program you have to check the filing status inside the program.  Open your return and go up to the top black menu bar first item

    File > Electronic Filing > Check Electronic Filing Status

     

    Then save your return and close it.  Close the program and reopen it.
