If my state and federal taxes were filed and accepted on the same day why is it I’ve received my federal tax but haven’t received my state income it’s been over 23 days?

Federal and state refunds come separately from different places at different times.

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual state tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
