If my parents claim my 1098-T, do I also need to claim it?

I am a dependent of my parents, and they paid my college tuition. So for the question asking about whether I have a 1098-T or not, should I plug in the information or should my parents?

Your parents may use it to apply for an education credit.

You do not need to report it since you are a dependent to your parents.

Also, please make sure when you file that you elect "Someone else can claim me".
