If I Stayed In Oaklahoma and Filed In Oaklahoma With A Bank Account Using Direct Deposit But I Moved After And Discarded The Bank Account What Should I Do Now ?

    The bank will receive the money from IRS.  When it sees that your account is closed it will send the money back to IRS.

    Upon getting the money back from the bank IRS will then process a check and send it to you.   It will take a little longer

    for you to get your refund (about six weeks)
