No one here can predict with any accuracy how long it will take the IRS to debit your account. It is up to the IRS, and since this is the filing deadline, it could take hours or days. All you can do is make sure the funds are available in your account and watch your own account. You will not get any feedback from the IRS to tell you that they took out your money, and TurboTax is never updated by the IRS in regard to your payments.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
