If I filed my taxes here but left them in process and file them somewhere else what would happen?

To clarify - you say "filed your taxes here" but I am assuming you did not actually go all the way through the e-file process.  Maybe you just prepared them here, but then decided to go elsewhere.

If this is the case, then nothing would happen.  Your return would be filed elsewhere and you will receive your refund.  Your information would be stored here until the end of the tax season as they are required to keep it available for you.  After tax season ends, it will get wiped out of the system.

As long as you didn't register your TurboTax product, you may be able to clear out the information from your return yourself now.  You can follow the advice in the article below.  But, again, if you aren't able to clear it out now, it will be cleared automatically at the end of tax season (which is the October extension deadline).

Note:  If you actually did e-file your taxes with TurboTax, then the other return you filed elsewhere is going to be rejected.  You can only file once and you would need to do an amended return if you have to add or change something from the first return you filed.
