If a client owes back child support, but is due a refund, am I still able to receive my tax preparation fees electronically?

    No, if a Taxpayer's refund is offset by the IRS for Child Support, you will not be able to receive your tax preparation fees electronically.  

    Back taxes, child support, and other federal debts take first priority so unless the client has some refund left over after the child support is withheld, there will be no funds left to pay you.
