I was told I would receive a $3028 refund. I paid $206 in fees. I only got $2431. There is $391 missing after fees paid. Is this money still coming? PLEASE CONTACT ME!

The most common reason that money you expected from a refund is missing is due to an offset for debts like student loans, taxes, etc. You can check the IRS Where's my Refund or call the Treasury Offset Program at 800-304-3107 to see if any amount was withheld for an offset.

you should get a notice explaining the discrepancy, but it might not come for more than a week. if it's not an offset, then only the taxiing authorities can explain why. TurboTax gets no updates once your return is accepted.
