Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your temporary card. You should receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. If you can’t find it, check your junk mail folder. The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com.

Once you activate the temporary card, your funds will be deposited within 48 hours.

Turbo Tax, I could be completely wrong, but it clearly states 1hr after return has been accepted from the IRS. Maybe if that was stated with more clarity you guys wouldn't have so many repeated questions & people freaking out.
