I want to know if my stimulus check will be sent to my bank account. Since I opted to have turbo tax take out their preparation fee from my return I assume my return goes to a third party vendor first

Correct so the IRS does not have your personal account information, but they are working to develop a special portal for you to enter it. Check fro progress at www.irs.gov
