I want to file my state return online but it is saying print and mail.
I didn't have any choice of how I wanted to send because AR state was not ready to accept taxes when I filed my federal. My state accepts online.
The e-file your state return see the below for more information:
- Login to https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ with the same username
- Click on My TurboTax in the white banner at the top
- Below your 2016 status, click on Add a state under Some things you can do
- Click on the State Taxes tab.
- Click Continue to start or complete your state taxes.
- Click Done with State.
- Continue through the flow to review and file your state taxes
