Solved

I used the IRS track my refund and it said that I was supposed to receive my refund but my bank refused the transfer. I want to know why this would happen?

This would happen if the name on the refund doesn't match the name on the account. It could also happen if the routing or account number is wrong. For a refused refund, the IRS will issue a check and mail it to you at the address on the tax return.
