Has the IRS sent your refund? Check your account at the IRS to see if they sent it. Turbo Tax doesn’t get or touch your refund.

Were the Turbo Tax fees supposed to be taken out of your refund? If the IRS has released and sent your funds (check with the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool, or if you spoke to the IRS, and they told you it was sent), you can log in to the third party bank, SBTPG's refund lookup tool to see the status of your funds.

To log in, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
