I'm a first time user of TurboTax. I submitted my returns yesterday (4/7). The Fed and state forms were accepted. I set up my payments to go out today. Will I receive a notification when the payment happens? It is late in the day...wondering when if payments would go soon. Thanks.
TurboTax does not send your payments nor have any information about them.. The program simply communicates the method you want to use to pay your tax due to the IRS and/or state. It is up to them to initiate any payment transaction. Whether you are notified about payment being withdrawn depends on your bank
