I recieved a email from turbo tax to revisit return to click refund advance option. it takes me through all of it but at the end there is nothing about the advance.

Sorry about that. Anyways when I did my taxes it said I had to sign up with credit karma to get my refund advance so I did but never got. TurboTax sent me a email saying that happen to a few people the problem was fixed so I had to do was login my TurboTax and revisit my taxes and through that I would still be able to get my advance. I went through everything, called talked to some with TurboTax they looked then they called someone and then said it was too late I wouldn't be able to get it. I really think it's unfair that I couldn't get it because TurboTax sent the email after it was to late. I had a emergency and really needed it. I have never had a problem getting it the past 4 year, I've love doing them here I got my whole family using TurboTax, sadly they r gonna lose some clients because they couldn't make right what was there fault.
