I received a Schedule K-1 from my employer. How do I get this entered on the 1040 line 29 since the premiums are 100% deductible?

When entering your K-1, you must check the box in that section about paying for health insurance, then answer ALL of the followup questions?
The box reads - "I personally paid health insurance and the S-Corp paid me wages"
