So in December 31, 2025, that would have had to be in regard to a 2024 or earlier tax year. I'll tell you how to reach TurboTax Support below, but if you describe the letter more, you may get some comments in this forum. But this is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info.

What type of IRS letter/notice? There should be a CP or LTR number usually in the upper right.

Why are you wanting to send it to TurboTax? Or are you being audited, and if so, did you purchase the third-party Audit Support for the relevant tax year? If so, we can tell you how to contact that company.
