How did you pay MO? Your only proof that you paid will be your own bank or credit card records. TurboTax never knows if you pay your tax due. A state tax due can NEVER be paid from a federal refund.

Did you send a check in the mail or choose direct debit from your bank account for the taxes owed or pay by credit card on the state website? If so, you will have proof of payment on your bank statement or your credit card statement.
