I received a letter in the mail from the IRS stating that there were changes in my 2020 Form 1040. How do I apply this when I am filing via TurboTax for 2021?

It depends on the type of changes. Can you be more specific? What type of changes did they say occurred?

Changes to 2020 probably won't affect your 2021 return. You still use the AGI from the original 2020 return to efile 2021. What did they change? If they changed the unemployment or Recovery Rebate Credit for the first 2 stimulus payments that will not affect 2021.
