I paid $24.99 to efile my Alabama return. After paying, TurboTax / Alabama disallowed my efiling. How do I get my efile fee refunded?

I paid $24.99 to efile my Alabama return. TT did not allow me to efile because I had over 500 items on Schedule D. (1) why did Intuit take my money before telling me this, and (2) how do I get my payment refunded?

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
