I need w2 and tax verification from 2015 for my financial aid paperwork. I didn't work during this year and didn't file. How do I get proof that I didn't file and work?

If you did not work and earn any income then they will have to take your word for that, there is no way to prove it.

For not filing you can go to the IRS website for transcripts and get a Verification of Non-filing Letter - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
