I need to remove an item completely from Massachusetts State form Schedule CMS. Specifically the Septic Credit needs to be removed. How can I manually edit the form?

I tried to delete this form multiple times but it didn't work. I got confirmation that the form was deleted but when I would review my tax forms it was still there.

 

 I ended up resolving my issue by updating the section using the turbotax process and deleting the contents in every field that was given to me. I then reviewed the tax forms and the erroneous entry was gone.

 

 Just my opinion, but the functionality to manually edit forms is critical for times like this when the custom interface turbotax provides acts funky.

You are unable to manually edit, however you can delete unneeded forms.  Please see below for additional information:
