I need to know if I'm getting direct deposit otherwise I don't know where the check would be going

If you have already filed your tax return, you can find your refund method at the bottom of your Form 1040. You can print/view a copy of your tax return to verify the information. If there is no direct deposit number on your tax form, then that means you are getting a paper check unless you chose the Prepaid card option.

To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).

You can also check the IRS where's my refund (https://www.irs.gov/Refunds) and it will tell you if you are getting a deposit or paper check.

A paper check will be mailed to the address provided in personal information tab when filling out your tax return . You can check your address on your tax return .
