I mailed in my taxes claiming my recovery rebate credit for all my stimulus and never recieved anything back.

If you mailed a paper return claiming the Recovery Rebate Credit and have not received a response, the first step is to verify the status of your filing through the IRS "Where’s My Refund?" tool or by viewing your Tax Transcript on the IRS website to see if any Math Error notices were issued or if the credit was adjusted.

If it has been more than six months since you mailed the return and the online tools provide no information, you should call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 (Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM local time) to speak with an agent.
