I’m a full-time student, I would expect a full refund of my state + federal income tax. When I completed the form, I’m only getting the federal. What am I not getting?

Some states are less generous than others.

Have a teen/HS nephew who just worked as a pool lifeguard during the summer, and owed PA another $5 when he filed (in addition to whatever was withheld)
