I know that the IRS site says if you filed before 2/15 and claimed EIC or dependents etc?the earliest they will start issuing these refunds is 2/27.?MineStill processing?

Yes, that is just the earliest day but they are working on them and just continue checking WMR. There could be other factors they are reviewing as well. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5556415
