I just prepared an amended 2019 Tax return using Turbotax. I had no income in 2019 but I find I owe a considerable amount to IRS. How can I get help to fix the problem?

Why did you prepare an amended return? What return did you file in the first place and why did you need to amend? Why did you file at all if you had no income?
