I haven’t received my 2018 Federal and State tax returns. Why?

No one in the user forum knows. Are you sure the returns were accepted? You do not say when you filed.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?

https://www.irs.gov/refunds Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”

Yes I got both emails. My taxes were accepted and the refund is listed. Turbotax says they are still processing. But it's almost close to filing for the next year. My taxes have never taken this long to be refunded! Please help!!

Turbo Tax doesn't say if it's Processing. Turbo Tax only says Accepted or Rejected. The IRS website could say it's still processing. You have to ask the IRS why it's taking long. Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.
