I have two home loans from the same lender. Which one do I report for loan balance as of Jan. 1, 2019? There is no option to list a 2nd loan balance as of Jan. 1, 2019.

You would only need to report the loan balance if you are reporting the interest paid on that loan.
If you have 2 loans, you should have 2 1098's and if you enter them individually, they will each ask for an ending balance.
